What I like: The mindmap categories are very clear. I can see that you have even used colours to show the hierarchy.
You have even looked into the methods! Great! Are these the only two methods? If not, why have you decided to focus only these methods?
What I don't like: Lack of references. For the statistics given, you will have to include references to show where they are picked out from. Note that the sources of these statistics may not be accurate all the time, thus there is a need to pick the correct ones. Statistics without references stated are not accepted. You can state the references in your blog entry below the mindmap.
Your mindmap is good... but... the problem statement in the previous post does not do justice to the mindmap. The problem statement should have given me a clear idea of the major points that you will be focussing on. I can see the major points from your mindmap but not from the problem statement. That should not be the way.
You may wish to refer to other groups' problem statements and teacher comments to get a better idea of the requirements for a good statement. It can actually be a paragraph or two.
Based on your mindmap, there is a lot of areas that you will look into, so do start on your research once your problem statement is up. Start posting your research materials.
We used only these two methods because these are the most common surgery gone through which are for near and far-sightedness. We would upload the references onto the mindmap again and would be researching on how LASIK shows the risk to the patients such as brochures and compare their shown information with the true risk that we found out in our research, hence, replacing their information if their's aren't accurate or limited.
This is a very comprehensive mindmap. Good!
